Angelos heads the Civil Law division of the office. He holds and LL.B degree from the Law of School of Athens together with an LL.M degree in Criminal Law with specialization on Criminal Procedure. He has excellent knowledge and command of the Greek, English and French language.
Angelos is a PhD candidate supporting the doctoral thesis about the analysis of the Criminal Procedure according to Art. 586 of the Penal Code and he is fully qualified and regulated by the Athens Bar Association. He has extensive experience on extradition cases as well as on issuing arrest warrants against fugitives. Furthermore, Angelos focuses on the civil aspect of large scale corporate claims including falsification of tax information submitted to the authorities, corporate officers acting on bad faith against the shareholders, protection of minority of shareholders and corporat bankruptcy procedures.
