Having in mind clients’ satisfaction, our Office applies a Client Care Policy (CCP). According to it, we provide specific questioners to clients and ask them to evaluate the services they receive, the competent and efficient handling of their case, the follow-up process we apply in certain matters and whether or not the retainer fees are value for money. Until now we have gain very high ratings in all the relevant assessments and we do our best to keep it that way. Nevertheless, in case of complains, clients are provided with the details of our Client Care Officer (C.C.O) with whom they can contact directly and find a mutually beneficial solution. For our long-term clients, with whom we either work regularly or for many years, we apply extended credit limits, giving them thus the opportunity to schedule the necessary expenses and third-party fees they will have to pay.
