Stelina heads the A.D.R and Commercial divisions of the Office. She holds a BSc degree from the faculty of Political Sciences and Pubic Administration of the Athens Law School, an LLB degree from the European University of Cyprus and an LL.M degree from Athens Law School with specialization in International Conflicts. Whilst studying law, she attended numerous lectures at the University Paris II – Assas, during which she successfully sat on exams of certain modules. She is fully authorized and regulated by the Athens Bar Association. She has excellent knowledge and command of the Greek, English and French language.

Her areas of interest focus on the International Investment Arbitration and International Commercial Arbitration with special concern on foreign investments. In this vein, she is Accredited Mediator by the Greek Ministry of Justice and Certified Negotiator by the American Academy of Professional Negotiators.

She works closely with foreign entities wishing to settle their dispute as well as with companies seeking legal inputs on certain complex matters. What is more, Stelina advices businesses on commercial matters. She has gained significant experience whilst working for major law firms specialized in the fields both of Arbitration and Mediation.

Her recent work consists of participation to arbitration proceedings in Paris, representing a greek hotel management company on a dispute with an airline company and drafting the Minutes of Boards of Directors as well as the Articles of Association of newly established companies. She also frequently attends seminars delivered by the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris) in order to stay up to date as far as arbitration and mediation issues are concerned and has close contact with Associate Professors of U.S
Schools of Law, with expertise in the abovementioned areas. Relying on the legal teachings and tested Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques she was exposed to, while studying abroad, she has successfully negotiated settlements for her clients in both extrajudicial and judicial mediation proceedings.

Furthermore, Stelina is Certified Data Protection Officer (D.P.O.) and project manager for all the GDPR Compliance projects undertaken by our Law Office. Thus she is responsible for the design and implementation of GDPR policies, depending on the type of data under management at the time being as well as she acts as the Contact Person with the Data Protection Authority. Additionally, she is responsible for drafting and issuing Information Security Policies, data mappings and operational and organizational measures on behalf of the corporate clients. Stelina is actively engaged on litigation matters mainly concerning corporate and commercial disputes before all the First and Second Instance Courts of the country.

Finally, Stelina has special interest in the banking law, representing institutions before the Courts as well as on mediation and arbitrations proceedings in order to reach mutually beneficial agreements between the related parties as far as non performing loans are concerned.
